Arianna Pagani is a multimedia journalist and co-founder of FADA Collective, an independent Italian group dedicated to impactful reporting, community engagement, and fostering connections through storytelling.

She also work as a visual editor for the Voice Over Foundation, focusing on advocacy projects related to Palestine, Blackness, and the climate crisis. Based in Imola, a small town near Bologna, she balances her professional work with raising her two-year-old son, Lucio. For over a decade, Arianna has documented civil society movements, humanitarian crises, and armed conflicts.

Her work spans multiple countries, including Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Tunisia, Turkey, Egypt, the Western Balkans, and Italy. She filmed the documentary "Iraq: Youth on the Front Line" (Arte, 2019), which captures the 2019 Iraqi youth mobilizations. She co-directed the web documentaries "Iraq: Women Out of Darkness" and "Iraq Without Water," as well as the documentary "La Terra mi tiene" ("The Earth Holds Me") (FADA Collective, 2022).

Passionate about multimedia tools, Arianna constantly explores innovative approaches in journalism and storytelling. She has also worked as a mentor and trainer, developing creative educational projects for students and marginalized communities in collaboration with NGOs and universities.
